The code did not work and we had to call someone. They gave us the key box code, but using the key was difficult and especially difficult to get it out of the door knob lock once we locked the door.
As an Interior Designer, specializing in Vacation Rental Design - in fact, was in town to complete a delivery and installation for a property in Windmark - I will say the overall design and aesthetic was very nice. However a few things were discovered which put that property at risk for liability claims. The Counter stools are all very rickety and when just slightly moving one of them a bolt fell out from the bottom. In the front bedroom, there are 2 rugs, unevenly placed under the bed with a poor "overlap" or "meeting" of the two. The placement as well as the use of 2 rugs, rather than one properly sized rug, presents a very prominent trip risk. I stayed in this room, and I tripped a few times over the rug, which for me was VERY concerning since I am just 5 weeks post-op from a hip replacement. In the other bedroom, the sheets were very pilled. That particular set should be "retired" out of the cleaning services' inventory.

LOVE the location and the house is super comfortable!
I would just rather an actual host and not a company. Hosts tend to be more responsive and personable.
