Location, shower and size. Also, the management was helpful.
Didn’t feel comfortable using the Terrace to have coffee and watch the sunrise because the owner was out there every single morning doing landscaping and walking by the windows. Quite a bit of dust on the bed frame and there was a weird smell but it was cozy overall. You have to park on the street and walk a ways down with your belongings. Was okay for us but might not be ideal for those with any walking issues. The sliding door in the bedroom stayed open all the time because it wouldn’t lock but they said they would be fixing that. The man that came across as the owner told me on my first morning that I booked the stay in advance otherwise it should be double. I’m glad it wasn’t. I wouldn’t have been disappointed. We paid almost 600 for three nights. There was also a GIANT roach like insect during the last 24 hours that crawled around. I don’t think this is their fault. The bug seemed to be common to the area and season. But, it did alarm me and I was happy I didn’t pay double..
