Location was perfect, the cook and other staff was good . Met good
Some rude policies in place. Dining area has no AC, becomes difficult to even eat there. Some basic cooking facilities can be made for all visitors as the timing for basic tea and coffee availability are very restricted.

Had a wonderful stay at Zostel. The property offers a beautiful riverside view, and the place is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very supportive and welcoming. A special thanks to Pallavi at the reception for her helpful and friendly service, which made the experience even better.
Food quality and service could be improved. It would be great to have more food options, along with a 24-hour kitchen or café area. Adding more activities for guests would also enhance the overall experience
