The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was quiet on the 4th floor. The location was convenient for a one night stay, with the train station nearby.
The lack of communication from the host was frustrating. I messaged ahead of time to inform arrival time but received no response and eventually had to call at the last minute. An unfriendly woman answered and refused to provide any check-in instructions until I first sent her copies of our passports. Then she sent a self check-in info.
Although the apartment was clean, the furnishings were very basic and purely functional. There were exposed wires coming out of the walls, the toilet seat was also broken, and the washing machine did not seem to work. As we were only staying one night, we did not consider reporting.
At check-out, we informed her through text that we had left and returned the key to the lockbox. We received no response. Overall, the apartment was fine but needed some maintenance, and lacked basic hospitality and communication.

La cercanía con la terminal de trenes.
Que tengan lavadora de decoración ya que no estaba puesto el desagüe y mucho menos el enchufe . El agua de la ducha se sale y no había para recogerla. Y q pudiendo entrar en autonomía para hacer el checking,se tuviera que molestar a una persona para marcar el cogido del apartamento al "módico precio de 35€

This place is modern and has everything you need. Two to three people could easily stay here. The location is pretty great, close to the train station, and everything was cozy.
I didn't love the check-in process. Nobody contacted me prior, and upon arrival, it should have been easier, but it was a bit complicated. That said, once I got in contact and sent my information, getting in and out was easy.

Logement près de la gare et à 20min à pied du centre ville.
Logement grand et récent.
Grand lit deux places.
Climatisation.
Difficulté de communication par message avec la propriétaire menant à des quiproquos sur le check-in.
Logement à la propreté douteuse (canapé taché, cheveux dans le lit, couette tachée, pot à lait non lavé…).
Bruyant, mal isolé avec la rue passante et les voisins.
