The property is very clean, peaceful surroundings.
They also have a small garden. We extended our stay and they helped keep our luggage for free while we toured around kashmir. The host also helped with good suggestions for places and nearby restaurants:) polite
Everything is close by. There is nothing as such - just reaching the road needs small boat which we provided to us free of cost and uncle is always ready to row us to the road everytime. It takes just a minute.

Great Place to stay in Dal Lake.
Spacious rooms with comfortable bed
Washroom was neat and clean.
Food was delicious 😋
Totally loved my stay in Favella.

The sheer professionalism of the staff at this property is immaculate. They were prompt and always on their toes to serve us.
The wooden villa is beautifully located in the Dal Lake and has everything that comforts us. The food was terrific and bathrooms were spick and span. I would highly recommend this stay to someone who is looking for a comfortable, reasonable and a beautiful experience. They were prompt in arranging Shikara for us to reach the property.🌼
