The location and hot springs are exceptional.. The fabulous gazing was the cherry on top.
The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Hot springs access, towels and robes included and were easily accessible. Parking was very close to our room, which was clean though a bit rustic and dated. We were surprised there was no air conditioning in our room, but a ceiling and box fan were. Luckily it was night time when we arrived and the temperature was very mild while we were there. We slept with the window open and left at 7:15am. We soaked until 1am, as it was a weeknight after Labor Day, we were the only ones in the springs after 12am. We would stay here again!

Buen servicio
Everything was excellent; we were traveling as a family. There was one thing I didn't like, though: we were having a great time until a couple arrived and started getting overly romantic. My children wanted to leave because they felt uncomfortable 😩. Sorry.

I enjoyed the hot springs for their beautiful setting, healing waters and cleanliness.
Felt like a cheap motel. With a little time and effort the place could be spruced up, for example, painting nature murals in each room would create a fun and unique artistic vibe that would ad charm. The tap water tasted horrible, even to brush your teeth was like drinking bleach. And, there was no commitment to nature beyond the springs. For example, there was no recycling and bottled water was offered in plastic bottles. Simple solutions like water refilling stations and water in boxes or cans (then recycled) for purchase would solve this waste problem. Plus, it would save you money likely!
