Guests can walk to the nearby beach access, located approximately one block from the home. Parking is available in the driveway for guest use during your stay.
Golf carts may be rented locally; however, please note that golf carts are not permitted to cross Highway 98. Guests planning to rent a golf cart should familiarize themselves with local regulations and approved operating areas.

• This is a non-pet-friendly property. No pets are permitted on the premises.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the backyard and fire pit area.

• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of neighboring residents.

What a beautiful space! And just one block off the beach! Gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms, great private lounge space off the master bedroom and quaint outdoor area with fire pit! An easy walk to drinks and dinner after a day at the beach too! We’ll definitely come back to this perfect beach bungalow!
