Welcome to Sol Oasis, a beautifully refreshed 5-bedroom home on a quiet residential street in Seminole, 3.8 miles from Indian Rocks Beach and centrally located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater. New paint, new furniture, and a private heated pool out back. Built for family vacations, multigenerational trips, and milestone family gatherings, with the space to keep everyone happy under one roof.

• You must sign a renter agreement, upload a valid Govt ID, and place a $500 security hold. This is a temporary hold on your card, not a charge, and it is released after checkout. A link will be emailed after booking to complete your reservation.

• Plans change and life happens. Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance protects your trip and your money if you have to cancel for something outside our control, like weather or a flight delay.
🔒 Safety & Security
• Exterior security cameras at the driveway and front entrance. Exterior only, no cameras inside the home.
• Minut noise monitoring devices by the pool and side yard. They measure noise levels only and do not record audio.
🚫 House Rules
• This is a quiet residential home, not a party or event venue. Family gatherings for graduations, reunions, and birthdays are welcome. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not.
• Overnight occupancy is capped at 10 guests. Daytime visitors for a family gathering are welcome with our approval in advance, just let us know your headcount before your stay.
• Primary guest must be 25 or older and stay on site the entire trip.
• No third-party bookings.
• No pets (service animals always welcome).
• No smoking or vaping, indoors or out.
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 9 AM (county ordinance).
• Please be respectful of our neighbors.
• Exceeding occupancy or hosting an unapproved party may end the stay without a refund, per our rental agreement.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay! We flew in for the week for our daughter's graduation and there were 7 of us, 5 adults a child and a toddler. There were plenty of rooms bed and space plus more for all of us! The pictures don't do it justice, the house was amazing! Everything worked as it should and everything was very clean upon arrival. The pool and outdoor area was great option when everyone was beached out for the day. Every message I sent to the host was answered within minutes of asking. I would recommend to anyone with a bigger family looking for somewhere to stay. It has lots of stores and amenities very close and the beach is only a 10 minute drive!

WOW! A Fantastic visit to Seminole/St Pete area. The house is splendid, EVERYTHING seems new and fresh. 5 adults were there and ALL of us enjoyed the super comfortable beds with great sleeping. New appliances, pots and pans, dish-wares, nice coffee maker, great spice rack, SHARP knives and boatloads of cabinets to store our stuff. SO . . . that made the kitchen process easy and fun. Two A/C units to keep us cool. 1 fridge in kitchen AND 1 in the garage gave us tons of space for massive amounts of food and drink. POOL AREA was AMAZING. Great chairs, towels, two nice tables for card playing and dinnertime festivities. Also a real friendly neighbor JOHN who had wonderful suggestions for local food when going out and other local activities. Great trip. AHH LASTLY, communications with Gregg and Michele were awesome with ANY & ALL questions answered immediately. Check in and check out instructions were timely and very easy to follow. WE WILL RETURN.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The home was impeccably clean and everything was brand new. The beds were comfy and the house came well stocked with everything needed. We really enjoyed our afternoons hanging by the heated pool and soaking in the FL vibes. Check in was a breeze and the host’s communication was very quick. They went over the top to make this trip special. I would highly recommend this house and will certainly look to stay here again.
