I was extremely nervous going into this, as I’ve always just gotten hotels for vacations. I seen the listing and was half shocked at the price for everything the home has to offer! For just a fraction more than a hotel, I get an entire house with a fenced in backyard with a pool! The neighborhood is fairly quiet except for normal traffic noise, but you can’t hear a sound inside the home. The backyard is perfect if you bring the family dog with you. The pool is amazing for the kids, or yourself honestly it gets up to 5ft. Everything was so clean and very welcoming. I loved the 2 back door access. The covered cars part was another plus! It takes 10 minutes to get to Clearwater beach, and 15 minutes to get to Tampa bay. Everything is easy access. Booking was extremely easy and the host was extremely prompt and even extended my stay immediately! If I don’t move down here, I will 100% book this home again next year! My family and I absolutely loved this home, and our vacation was amazing due to the fact we had our own space and felt like home the whole stay!

The home was clean and nicely furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. It was also close proximity to shops and restaurants. We ordered Mexican food from Taco-Quila which was very good and good portions. The beach was a 15 minute drive. There's a nice doggie park also within walking distance. Communication and check-in was also easy and the management is quick to respond to messages. The back yard does need sod in order for it to be more useful and not track dirt into the home when our dog ran around the yard which he enjoyed. Also some lounge chairs for the deck would be useful to sit out in the sun after swimming in the pool. That's why we gave them four stars.
