Pull up a barstool at the breakfast nook for margaritas or begin preparations for a fresh seafood feast! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a dining table with seating for four. It leads to an expansive worn-wood patio providing unique furniture and a thatching roof overlooking the sea. Outside, the grounds are reminiscent of a private island, with warped palm trees swaying in the breeze, a large white sand beach, and Tiki huts to relax under. The Atlantic expands as far as the eye can see, only punctuated by a dock. The water in front of the home is shallow, with a channel that enables a boat up to 30 feet in length to reach the dock.

My family has not been to the keys in 5 years! We are so glad we picked this cottage! Super great for families bc of having 2 private spaces. Loved being able to snorkel and kayak right off the dock! We didn’t have to carry anything g to the beach bc we were literally steps away from the cottage. My young adult children loved it as well as the babies!

We loved staying here. We had 4 adults and 3 children with us so we rented both sides of the duplex. The house has everything you will need while visiting. One of the sides of the duplex was very musty when we arrived. We had to open up the windows to air it out the first night. The beach is gorgeous and there is sea grass in the water so that may deter some people. We enjoy snorkeling so the grass wasn’t an issue for us. When snorkeling in front of the house we saw a manatee, barracuda, stingray, sea turtle, and multiple other tropical fish. We fished from the dock and from the fishing bridge which is a short walk from the house. We are so grateful for ability to unplug and enjoy some family time. We are already planning our return next spring!
