This residence is very affordable with all luxurious amenities.. excellent service with very helpful staff and hotel is located in the centre of market it will help you to easily access all the spots ... I'm happy for choosing this residence..will definitely choose again .

We have spent 3 nights there and it was very nice. The man managing the place is very nice and friendly. When we arrived, we could check-in 2 hours before the check-in time and he offered us coffee, that was very kind!
The room was comfortable (but on the basement so a bit humid because no lights coming through the windows), as well as the bathroom where he had hot water.
We asked for a kettle and we also had towels, toilet paper and soap.
It's quite peaceful and quiet.
They have room service (food), we only took breakfast and it's also possible to eat lunch and dinner (but a bit expensive as far as we are concerned).
Also, there is an area where to sit outside (a table and 4 chairs with a sun umbrella) in front of the hotel entrance.
It's close to a main street with many shops and restaurants.
It's not that close from Dal Lake but via tuktuk it's very cheap and quick! And it's central for the main points of interest.
We recommend to stay in this accomodation (upper room if you can, they look amazing!).

Nice property, good hot shower, large rooms, walkable to town
The owner was very rude. They message in booking and say that you need to WhatsApp in order to confirm the reservation, but of course messages on the app get missed, and they did not WhatsApp us even though the number is on the reservation. So when we arrived our rooms had been given away even though the reservation was still confirmed in booking.com. He did still have rooms available but wanted to charge much higher than our original price, and when we argued that we wanted our booking to be honoured he got very aggressive and eventually told us to leave the property. In the end he was willing to take our original price for the rooms as long as we cancelled our bookings so that he didn't have to pay commission. If you check your messages and reply maybe it would all be fine, but if not expect to show up to cancelled rooms and higher prices - from the previous reviews it seems many others have also run into this issue.
