Traumhafte schicke Villa,sehr besonders eingerichtet, abseits des lauten Stadtlebens. Es war wunderbar ruhig, wir konnten herrlich draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Haben Abends beim Spazieren einen Fuchs gesehen und junge Hirschen. Sehr hohe große Räume, sauber und hell.in 5 Gehminuten ist man am Ufer unten.
Es gab im Haus keine Infos und wir kamen uns anfangs wie in einem Escaperoom vor.... wo ist der Wifi Q R-Code, ah ok Kind 1 entdeckt ihn im Arbeitszimmer. Wo ist das zweite Bett im Kinderzimmer? Nach einigem Suchen, aha Kind 2 entdeckt Matratze im Bettkasten des ersten Bettes. Gibt es einen Besen? Nein....aber Staubsauger. Auch wie der Müll getrennt werden muss stand nirgends, wurde mir aber auf Nachfrage per Mail beantwortet. oder wie die Geräte TV, Küchengeräte usw funktionieren. Am Ende kannten wir uns richtig gut aus. Die Kids fanden es ins Stockholmer Zentrum etwas weit, 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur U Bahn Hässelby Strand und mit der U Bahn nochmal 30 Minuten.

We really liked the spaciousness and the several sitting corners, both inside and outside. The layout of the place and the décor were also appreciated.
The towels were too small. There were no instructions/manuals on how some things work. The responsiveness to our complaints was disappointing. Our message was acknowledged and they replied that they would attend to it as soon as possible, but no one showed up or addressed the issues (except for the Wifi password, which was wrong in the information that was initially sent). It's bad enough that some things are not working (air conditioning, shower, lights, ...), but it's worse not to do anything about them when you say you will, especially considering the price we paid.
