Property description was inaccurate by stating it was a one bedroom apartment when in fact it was a studio.
I contacted the property owner ahead to ensure enough linen/towels for the four guests and was assured there was. However, upon arrival the linens for the rollaway bed were crumpled in a corner on the floor in the closet, covered in filth and body hair. Also, there were not enough towels for the guests, missing washcloths and hand towels.
I contacted the property owner but they never supplied towels or bedding. I had to wash the bedding before we could use them. Washing linen late at night and waiting for some to dry before we could go to sleep was not something we should have to do.
I later found one washcloth that had been combined with the last guests dirty linens on the floor. So technically there were 4 washcloths, just not all clean ones.
Also, the king bed was extremely uncomfortable due to the frame being broken. The mattress is on a broken frame without supports and sagged in the center almost touching the floor when on it.
We had no other option but to stay since we were there only a couple nights. We never would have booked if the description was accurate and photos were not misleading as to the “bedroom.”
Also, the giant cockroach in the closet was very unpleased with us disturbing the dirty linens on the floor.
