Beautiful view and location. House needs to be updated

Location and the pool

Bedding was old, past leak in kitchen wall, mold in all bathrooms, oven didn’t work. Wording about Private pool we had to share with the neighbors very awkward. Parking space is unacceptable small only 2 cars max. Front yard and the swimming pool area has not been kept up in months buckets in the front and side yard. Location was awesome but to get to the beach you needed to walk a ways or have someone to drop you off because there was no parking . Neighborhood is stunning and so is the beach.

Location and the pool

Bedding was old, past leak in kitchen wall, mold in all bathrooms, oven didn’t work. Wording about Private pool we had to share with the neighbors very awkward. Parking space is unacceptable small only 2 cars max. Front yard and the swimming pool area has not been kept up in months buckets in the front and side yard. Location was awesome but to get to the beach you needed to walk a ways or have someone to drop you off because there was no parking . Neighborhood is stunning and so is the beach.
