The Bolognia city is amazing but the property was a disaster.

The property that suppose to be st the start it was different at the end. The toilet related to 3 room. There was not any hit water. The walls have door that join the other room, and it very uncomfortable and awkward, unfortunately. First time when I am really disappointed of the property. The futures that they have about the studio it does not correspond.

There was nothing not even a bed just a sofa, no kitchen it was locked, we feared for our life

Don’t book this place!!!

The only thing I liked was the location, central, in a quiet area

The staff was awful, aggressive, my kids got scared! The guy that was cleaning the apartment, when we got there, shouted to us using really bad words! We arrived at the check in point in time, but we had to wait for the keys for half an hour, under the sun, no place to sit. Many other tourists were waiting with us. Everyone tried to call the number mentioned in the website, but nobody answered! When the guy finally arrived he was very angry and disappointed because we had been trying to call him! It was so bad that I’m thinking about filing a complaint at the police station in my place. On top of that, the apartment was quite dirty!
