The air bnb was pleasant, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and smelled nice. The kitchen was equipped with things we may need if we were to eat there. Having a washer and dryer is also very nice, but we didn't choose to use it during out stay.
The owner always checked in via text at the start of each day to ensure our stay was good. It was very good communication from them and they made sure we feel welcome to let them know if anything wasn't to our liking. During out trip, we were only at the house to get ready and in the night to sleep, but it was still a great experience overall.
There was only a few hitches like the guest wifi wasn't working or we couldn't connect to it. When I informed the owner, they had it checked and further investigated when it still wouldn't work. In the end, they gave us their wifi to use which had fast connection.
The other thing that could have been better is the water pressure of the shower. The faucet had good water pressure, but the shower, not so much. Upon letting know the owner, they did offer to have someone check it and to have our valuables secured for that, not that anyone would touch it. We ended up declining as we did not want anyone going down to where we were staying regardless, especially since we're out in the city from early morning until night anyways.
On our last night, the network was down due to an accident in the highway so the tv was very slow. The owner had a good check and offered someone to take a look at it, but I ended up declining as it was late anyways and I didn't want to trouble them.
Overall, no matter what issue came up, the owner was always willing to help in any way they can and we appreciated that greatly.

Appartamento in seminterrato nuovo, molto curato, ben arredato e accogliente in bel quartiere residenziale a Calgary. Ci sono 2 belle camere da letto, entrambe con cabina armadio e smart tv. Cucina funzionale con piano cottura a induzione, enorme frigorifero, microonde, bollitore e tutto il necessario. Bel bagno con ottimi prodotti a diposizione dei clienti.
Il gestore è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile

Easy to access. Quiet neighbourhood. Host informed us of the GPS commonly sending us to a street over. Quite clean. 2 fire extinguishers for safety with an evacuation map. Bed was comfortable.
Tenant upstairs was still making noise after 11.

Basement apartment and no specific car park. Too many notices everywhere and noisy bed.
