The photos are nothing like the property !!! It’s needs updated, it needs a good clean , furniture broken sofa very uncomfortable beds very uncomfortable toilet seat was broken. The concierge was very abrupt. He could do with a good wash very smelly. The lifts were smelly. The concierge was not helpful whatsoever the other lady on the reception kept falling asleep !!! He was very abrupt with our two disabled girls, one with autism and one of the hearing loss and we will not be staying again. The concierge also put us in the most awkward parking space with our Car and then on Saturday night when we had to get out to go and pick up from Calvin Harris, there was a car actually parked right behind us and it was very awkward to get in and out. The irons need a good clean to the point they actually burnt my trousers !! The bath needs a good clean the jets where black . Needs a good paint all over . Also tv very awkward too work . Welcome pack needs updated . My daughter with the hearing loss said sorry what floor , aww for god sake screamed 5 ! The lifts smelt of pee !!! Needs a good clean !!!! Think the owner of the apartment should be aware of this wasn’t value for money . We just felt so uncomfortable from the word go because of the concierge and the girls feeling very anxious and very unsettled. We don’t speak to our girls like that so for a strange to do that it was not on he didn’t even say goodbye or have a safe journey home or nothing when we left just kept watching our every move as if we’re gonna damage the building !!!
