bed and balcony were good.
a quiet spot in a noisy district.
cleaning crew came in the room to clean when I was in the bathroom, then quickly left when they realized someone was in the room. they never came back to clean or change the towels.
skirting boards were dusty and dirty.

nice hotel, everything you need for a comfortable stay
a bit far from the city. and it looked like the facility either wasn't finished or wasn't mantained well — the lawn was messy, some furniture kind of used
