• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors.
• Self check-in with a smart lock—code will be provided before your stay.
• We kindly ask guests to follow our checkout and light cleaning instructions before departure.
• For your safety: no running, diving, or rough play if your stay includes use of a pool or deck area.
• Monthly Rentals will be required to sign a lease agreement for the term or the stay. Bi Weekly/Monthly Cleanings are required for stays longer than one week. Cancellation or departure prior to original move out date will require full payment of reservation unless other arrangements have been made. Stays longer than one week (traditionally 30+ days, however, at the discretion of the owner) will require renters insurance, security deposit and additional screenings.

Our stay at Seashell Hideaway was great! There were three of us traveling and it was the perfect size offering one room with a twin trundle style bed and the other a queen bed and two good sized full baths. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for the three of us to be comfortable while watching TV in the main space. The location was good and easy access to the main roads to get you around town very easily I would definitely recommend a stay here.
