Your Myrtle Beach adventure begins at this 3rd floor 2-bedroom condo at Shipwatch Pointe II in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. Inside, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin and queen size bed, making this condo perfect for families or friends. A stackable washer/dryer and full kitchen make your stay at our condo feel like home. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the private balcony that overlooks the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. There is also a year-round heated indoor pool. There is a grilling station in the pool courtyard as well.
This condo is only a 3 min walk to the beach and there is a storage shed so you don’t have to carry all of your beach gear up any steps (beach buggy, chairs, umbrella, toys in shed are for guest use..so you don’t even have to pack your beach stuff) Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, hanging out at the beach or exploring nearby restaurants, this wonderful condo provides a great central location close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.
Please note: there is NO elevator at the condo complex.
Minimum age to rent: 25 yrs old
Per HOA: NO motorcycles, boats, trailers, golf carts allowed for renters
NO pets
NO smoking inside unit
NO house parties
