GUEST REGISTRATION & OCCUPANCY POLICY

For the safety and comfort of our guests, neighbors, and property, only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. The total number of guests may not exceed 12 at any time, regardless of age.

Unregistered visitors and day guests are not permitted. No additional person may enter or remain on the property without prior written approval from the host and being properly added to the reservation.

Anyone staying overnight must be included on the reservation and approved by the host before arrival. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted.

The reservation holder is responsible for making sure everyone in their party follows these requirements. The reservation holder may also be responsible for damage, injury, loss, additional cleaning, unauthorized occupancy, or other costs resulting from the actions of anyone they bring onto the property.

Violations of this policy may result in termination of the stay without refund, additional charges for unauthorized occupancy or resulting damages, and/or removal of unauthorized persons, subject to applicable law and platform policies.

These requirements help us maintain accurate occupancy records, protect our guests and neighbors, meet property requirements, and maintain appropriate insurance and risk-management protections.
