Welcome to your cozy studio—perfect for short getaways or extended stays. This thoughtfully designed space combines comfort and convenience, featuring a queen bed and twin sleeper sofa, vibrant decor, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy the ease of having your own laundry area and private entrance, all within a sleek, open layout. Step outside to unwind in the shared backyard oasis, grill, and serene seating areas overlooking the water. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio or relaxing indoors under pendant lighting, this studio offers a peaceful escape with everything you need.
This studio is separate from the main house giving you more space and privacy to relax. This home is approximately 322 sq ft. The entire property is shared with other guests. “We take pride in offering a space that is comfortable, tidy, and welcoming. That said, our accommodation is designed to be simple and homey rather than a high-end resort experience. We kindly ask guests to review the listing details carefully before booking and when sharing feedback afterward. To help set clear expectations, we include multiple photos and accurate descriptions so guests can have a good understanding of the space before arriving. If you have any questions, I’m always available and happy to assist.”
-Parking for one car on the street only. We could make arrangement for extra car if you have guests.
- BBQ grill (charcoal not included). We request you please clean the grill after use. If BBQ grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $30 fee.
-Quiet hours 9PM- 9AM
-No smoking inside
-The lawn and landscaping are serviced every two weeks. I do my best to schedule this work between guest stays, but that isn’t always possible. If maintenance occurs during your visit, it will be brief and handled as quietly as possible.

Our home is centrally located in the heart of Bradenton, giving you quick and convenient access to the best the area has to offer. You’ll be just a short drive from the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying water activities. Shopping centers, grocery stores, and a wide variety of dining options—from casual spots to fine dining—are all close by. Popular attractions such as the South Florida Museum, Bradenton Riverwalk, and the De Soto National Memorial are also within easy reach.
With simple access to major highways, visiting downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Pete, or even Tampa is a breeze. The home is also conveniently located near IMG Academy and SRQ Airport, making travel especially convenient.
