• Prohibited in unit, balconies, and all common areas
Violation fee starts at $500
Tampering with smoke detectors: $500 penalty
NOISE & PARTY POLICY — STRICTLY ENFORCED
• No parties, gatherings, or events — under any circumstances
• Zero tolerance for noise complaints (inside and outside the unit)
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
If we receive any noise complaint, your stay may be immediately terminated without refund
OCCUPANCY RULES
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Only confirmed guests on the reservation may enter the property
Violation may result in immediate removal
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late checkout: $25/hour (subject to availability)
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged accordingly
FEES & PENALTIES
• Lost key fob: $200 replacement fee
• Smoking / odor remediation: $500+
• Unauthorized guests / parties: Immediate cancellation + penalties

this apartment was very nice, and the location and amenities were perfect! my only few complaints were that is was very hard to get a response from the host. There was no TV as advertised online. Lastly as we were in the process of checking out.. a couple was walking in to view it as tenants.. it hadn’t been cleaned or anything. We were actively leaving and someone unlocked the door and entered while we were literally still there. Hair all in the bathrooms showers/tubs. Would stay again tho however the

Host was ok on time returning message, apartment floors could have been cleaner . Bathroom toilets were dirty , a lot of hair on floors and walls . Water heater was leaking and there was a serious condensation problem with the air unit. But it worked.. was only there for one night . Are room was on the highway side with the fire dept down the road if you are deep sleeper ok . But fire sirens all night long …
