This property is professionally managed and monitored. It is intended only for responsible guests.

Any violation of the rules below will result in immediate termination of your stay, removal from the property, and applicable fines — with no refunds.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required before check-in. The deposit is released after checkout if there are no damages, rule violations, or excessive cleaning requirements.
Guests will be notified of the applicable amount and payment instructions before check-in.
The deposit will be fully refunded after checkout, provided there are:

No property or furnishing damage
No excessive cleaning required
No house rule violations
No outstanding charges or penalties

ID Verification: All guests must complete ID verification.
To comply with legal and property security rules, you may be asked to:
• Confirm your contact info
• Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID
• Complete our verification portal
• In some cases, undergo a background check

Check-In Access: Access codes will be provided after the verification process is completed and the security deposit is received.

NO SMOKING — ZERO TOLERANCE
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vaping)
• Prohibited in unit, balconies, and all common areas

NOISE & PARTY POLICY — STRICTLY ENFORCED
• No parties, gatherings, or events — under any circumstances
• Zero tolerance for noise complaints (inside and outside the unit)
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM

If we receive any noise complaint, your stay may be immediately terminated without refund

OCCUPANCY RULES
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Only confirmed guests on the reservation may enter the property

Violation may result in immediate removal

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Late checkout: $25/hour (subject to availability)

Unauthorized late checkout will be charged accordingly

FEES & PENALTIES
• Lost key fob: $200 replacement fee
• Smoking / odor remediation: $500+
• Unauthorized guests / parties: Immediate cancellation + penalties

RENTAL AGREEMENT

A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

• Property may use noise monitoring devices (no audio recording)
