About this drivable vehicle rental

Alberta is home to five National Parks: Banff, Jasper, Waterton, Wood Buffalo and Elk Island and features some of the most beautiful and pristine nature anywhere on this planet. It includes plains, desserts, foothills, lakes and the Rocky Mountains! You've likely heard of world-renowned locations like Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, Canmore, and Waterton Lakes! As a first-time or returning visitor I recommend you prioritize visiting our National Parks. First because they picked the most beautiful areas for them. Second, because once you arrive at one park, you’ll discover many worldclass hikes in a relatively small area, as well as many other attractions, like gondola rides, boat rides around or across a lake, etc. Make sure to book your camping spot as soon as possible. As far as my RV, I have spent the last 3 years traveling across Western Canada and the US. I have made many new friends and seen countless RV’s. What I discovered is that there is a type of continuum between Adventure and Residential Comfort. There is no right or wrong, simply personal preference. The more you lean into Adventure, the more you immerse yourself into nature (for example hearing the river running, the trees rustling, the birds chirping, etc.). The more you lean into Comfort, the more you replicate living in a house or apartment while still having access to nature when you step out. My preference is towards adventure. My Tundra is a reliable vehicle that is party luxury limousine on the highways, and adventure camp when you reach your site. Compared to a converted van it drives more like a big car than a delivery van. Because the amenities are more on the adventure side, doing something as simple as making coffee or a meal gives you a sense of accomplishment compared to being at home. For example, I prefer to do all my cooking outdoors, which means you have to manage the wind, etc. If you are done with lying on a mat on the floor of a ground tent, and instead prefer to sleep on a 4”/10cm dual density memory foam mattress 2m off the ground, while being fully immersed in nature, then this is the rig for you. You'll see that my rig is very intelligently designed and carefully field tested with too many small details to list here.
