The location was great, the lakefront was a short walk away which had lots of restaurants and activity.
A short taxi ride to Ninh Binh train station . A lovely small garden to sit in. Huge big room and bathroom . Very comfortable . Minh our host came to see us each day which was wonderful and organised taxi plus information for sightseeing .

Great location, great facilities, very friendly host. Rooms were clean and spacious
Soundproofing can be improved. Could clearly hear conversations and showering sounds from the rooms next door.
