New modern hotel, cross the street is phô cô hoa lư. Staffs are wonderful. We’ll stay again when we visit Ninh Binh. I’ll refer this hotel to friends and families.

I booked a Studio King Lake View Room, and the room was much larger then I expected.
Not much in the way of amenities but that's not an issue if you use it as a base to explore Ninh Binh.
Just beware that if your are a light sleeper or like to turn in early that the noise from across the road along the walking street can get loud during the weekend evenings but it does get quiet after the stalls close up at 10 o'clock. But the upside to that is there is plenty food and drink right across the road from the hotel, with more on the otherside of the lake.
