I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The Rooms were neat and clean. The Host was very supportive and helpful. The location is adjacent to Shalimar Bagh.

The location is really really good Mughal Garden is just next door and Kashmiri restaurants, souvenir shops and Shalimar Ghat all are walking distance maybe 2 minutes only. The heritage wooden rooms are something else, carved panels on every wall it feels like you are staying inside a palace from old times. Dal Lake and all the famous Mughal Gardens are also very close, 5 minutes drive maximum so everything is easy to reach.
Honestly nothing big to complain only thing is choosing between the luxury wooden traditional room and modern botuique room was little confusing because both are very nice.
