Die tolle Lage (zwischen Innenstadt und Schloss Miramare) und die gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (städtische Busse, Busbahnhof und Bahnhof). Die Unterkunft ist neu, modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die bequeme Matratze, die Klimaanlage, das schöne Bad mit Regendusche, hygienischer Bidet-Handbrause und Handtuchwärmer, sowie die vielen Ablage- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Auch der Lift, der zweifache PIN-geschützte Zugang und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation waren sehr angenehm. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wasser und Schokolade zusätzlich zu Kaffee und Tee waren ebenfalls sehr nett.
Nichts wirklich Negatives. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wären Haken im Bad (z.B. Innenseite Tür) für Handtücher und eine leichte bezogene Sommerdecke statt nur eines Leintuchs. Beim Duschen muss man außerdem ein wenig darauf achten, dass aufgrund der niedrigen Duschwanne kein Wasser übertritt.

L'appartamento era bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di wifi e aria condizionata. Inoltre ho apprezzato molto l'insonorizzazione. Inoltre Alberto gentilissimo e ha cercato di aiutarci in ogni modo.
Posizione ottima, con parcheggio gratuito in strada (se si è fortunati - come noi!) o un autosilo poco più avanti. A piedi si riesce a raggiungere il centro, ma comunque la fermata degli autobus è vicina, come un sacco di alimentari e una farmacia.
Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Es war sehr angenehm und leicht. Vom Preis her ist es sehr gut. Klima sehr gut. Sehr Sauber und modern.
Man hat viel durch die Wände der anderen gehört. Der Ort wo die Unterkunft liegt ist nicht der schönste. Man muss für extra Handtücher 5€ zahlen pro person.
