Que la hora de la salida es muy temprana, deberían salir, aunque sean dos horas más tarde así uno puede dormir y empacar con tranquilidad

The property was so far apart from the 3 different pools and the lazy river. The only thing was nice was getting to the beach area was no stairs
To get to our pool area was not handicap accessible. It was terrible always a lot of steps just to get to the pool. Then when we arrived we never received the room code so I called 3 times and the final I talked to a lady which was very helpful but we didn’t get into the room until 5 o’clock pm it took us an hour to just get the room code. That started our vacation. There no air conditioning in the hallways, I almost passed out just waiting for the code.
