About this house rental
This Renovated home is a great place if you love nature! It is situated in Kissimmee Shores Fish Camp overlooking a prairie, steps away from the River. Kayak available and a 1953 Canoe Available. The living space is completely renovated & reinsulated. It is fenced in and can fit in your car and boat. Inside, your living space boasts the prairie view. You will get a quiet sleep here. Like Hiking? Birding? Fishing? Boating? Photography? Relaxing? It's here! Road is bumpy. Come in slow!
The space
As you walk in through a screened patio, you will be pleased to see the prairie through the living area and kitchen. There is an Ocular set up for viewing. The living room has a Large Wide Screened TV with a DVD player, and a full DVD library as well as puzzles and board games. There are maps of all the inter-twining lakes and canals nearby in the front room. There is usually access to Okeechobee Lake through the locks.
There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and folding table. Hope you enjoy our Prairie Hideaway and will come back. For the fishermen/ women there is a parking area inside the gate for your boat & vehicle! Outside enjoy the moveable Barbecue, firepit, Cornhole game. Make a left outside the gate and another left to lead you to the boat launch/dock. The boathouse is clearly marked . This leads to the Kissimmee River and also to the Okeechobee Lake and much more. To your right find a kept up State Walking Trailhead and a super long trail with viewing benches and chairs along the way. One of the trails leads to the river. Our wish? Please clean and cook fish outside...
We ask that you leave the hideaway as you found it aside from the linens and thank you for visiting. We sure hope you made good memories.

Brand new water filters have been installed and water is tested and good to go.
Walls are brand new and freshly insulated.
Most window are new.
