Incredible comfort: big comfortable bed, smart tv, very good air conditioning, terrace, kitchen amenities, laundry machine, etc.
Good location: next door to a little grocery store and bakery. 1 km from Bellevue beach. 2 km from Old Town.
Great host: Stane was welcoming and very helpful at our arrival. Thank you Stane! :-)
Atmosphere: Quiet and relaxing location, yet not far from the Old Town for those who like hanging out around the bars, shops, restaurants within the majestic walls of Old Town.
Nothing worth mentioning, highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, Stane made us feel welcome. She met us personally, explained everything about the apartment, and gave great tips for exploring Dubrovnik. She truly went above and beyond.
The apartment is beautiful and finished to a very high standard. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and the large terrace was perfect for morning coffee and unwinding in the evening.
With a bus stop, supermarket, and bars just steps away, the location couldn’t be better.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous apartment! We enjoyed staying at this place: the apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything is new and clean. We even got some snacks, juice, water and apricot tincture. It was the first time we had the beach towels. It has very comfortable bed, a huge balcony where we had breakfast and dried our clothes after beach. Right near the apartment there’s supermarket and there are coffee bars.
I would like to point out that host met us herself and showed around her flat. Advised where to eat and which beach to choose.
Location is good as it is 10 minutes on foot from beach and 15 to the old town.
Totally recommend staying here!
