Right next to the beach. Clean room. Great facilities - bathroom, fridge, stovetop, television, clothes washing machine.

There is a problem with the doors withing the apartment so they don't close properly - the main door to the apartment is fine, but inside the bathroom door is a bit faulty.

This apartment is a scam, avoid at all costs, it is unsafe and unsanitary and they don't care.

I didn't like anything because I only stayed a few hours there because the door didn't work and the person who is supposed to take care of the property, Stefano, lives far away and refuses to come there to fix anything and refuses to answer the phone.

This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. When I arrived, I had no info of how to enter the property. I tried to call Stefano, the person in charge, but he pretended he couldn't hear, and hung up. Finally someone else in the building let me in. Then Stefano finally texted the door codes. Music was blasting from a club facing right into the window of the room, so I went out, and got locked out because the door didn't work. I called Stefano but he didn't answer, so I texted him, and he said that the door doesn't work well, you need to jiggle it; finally after many tries I entered but then the door wouldn't close once I was inside, it remained open (not just unlocked but ajar, see photo), so I sent many messages but Stefano would only respond "no I don't think so" no matter how many times I asked him to please help, he refused to fix the door. I was up until 2am trying to solve the problem, so I had to sleep with a chair propped up against the door, hoping that no one would just walk in and take my things while I was sleeping. I had to work early in the morning, and of course I did not want to leave my suitcase in a room in which the door doesn't work, so I took my things with me at 7am, and a friend helped me find another hotel. I told the person in charge several times that I left the apartment and wanted a refund for the rest of the nights, because it was impossible to sleep or leave my things in a room that has no working door, but he ignored my messages, as well as the messages from booking.com asking for a free cancellation, and charged me for a whole week; this despite the fact that booking.com had the photos showing that the door did not work. Finally, I called Stefano's cell phone from an unlisted number so he answered, he said there was nothing I could do, I could call the police, he wouldn't refund me, he laughed in my face and hung up.
