A clean, safe, and convenient stay with easy self check‑in, quiet surroundings, and great amenities that I’d happily boo

I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this property! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the self check-in, which made everything so easy and hassle-free, especially with my arrival time. The area is quiet and peaceful, and I felt very safe during my stay. The surveillance cameras also gave me extra peace of mind. Having a parking space available was another big plus and made my stay even more convenient. Overall, everything was exactly what I needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and I’ll happily choose it again for my next booking. I’m looking forward to staying here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Décevant au vu du prix et du manque de confort

Apparemment on venait de rénover la chambre.

Je suis malheureusement assez déçue par ce logement, surtout au vu du prix demandé. Dès mon arrivée, l’impression générale n’a pas été agréable : plusieurs parties de la maison étaient abîmées ou en travaux, et la cage d’escalier était poussiéreuse. Je n’ai par ailleurs été accueillie par personne. Dans la chambre, même si elle semblait avoir été nettoyée, les draps présentaient des taches, notamment des traces qui ressemblaient à de l’huile. Un petit espace cuisine était prévu, mais l’équipement était vraiment insuffisant : une casserole, mais pas de couverts, pas d’assiettes, pas d’ustensiles, pas de machine à café, ni même de petite table avec des chaises pour pouvoir prendre tranquillement un petit-déjeuner. La salle de bain, en revanche, avait été refaite et était très jolie. Le problème est que les toilettes se trouvent directement dans l’espace douche, ce qui fait qu’on se retrouve facilement les pieds mouillés pour y accéder. Le plus gros point négatif reste pour moi l’insonorisation. Une famille avec de jeunes enfants logeait au-dessus et j’entendais très clairement les enfants courir, ainsi qu’un petit garçon pleurer, y compris durant la nuit. Le repos en a forcément été affecté. Au final, je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant. Même si certaines parties ont été rénovées, on ne devrait pas accueillir des voyageurs dans un lieu qui donne encore autant l’impression d’être abîmé ou inachevé.

I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this property! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
