Larger appliances such as the air conditioner, water heater, microwave, and other heavy electrical loads require generator power or 30-amp campground/shore power.
The RV can also plug into a standard 15-amp household outlet for lighter/basic use, but full power operation requires either the onboard generator or proper 30-amp service.
