Convenient location. Very quite neighborhood. Close to stores and shopping centre. And 15 min from downtown.
No AC, but the owner provided fans which helped.

The towels were big and fluffy, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The local shopping centre is within easy walking distance.
While the property may appear well-priced, as soon as you book, you'll be sent a link to fill out a questionnaire with proof-of-identity requirements like drivers’ licence etc. At the end of that questionnaire will be a request for a ‘damage deposit’. Booking.com suggested it would be $500. Our link had two options: a non-refundable damage payment of $215.00 OR a refundable deposit of $1000. We brought it up with a Booking.com agent who negotiated a lower rate of $500 refundable, which we then paid. If a damage deposit is so necessary, why not factor the damage payment into the price?
When we arrived, we discovered that the property is run down and already damaged. There are holes in the walls behind the doors, the finishes and fixtures have been done on the cheap, and I’d suggest documenting the damage when you arrive to ensure you get your deposit back. We also had to ask for the code to get access to the laundry, which is apparently only offered if your booking is for more than a few days.
Plus there’s a tenant living in the basement, which made the whole stay super uncomfortable.
After we checked out, despite telling me the funds had been released, it took a month and disputing the charges with my bank to get the deposit back.
All in all, too much hard work for very little gain. Book a property where all the costs are outlined up front.
Not worth the hassle.
