Lovely rural stay which was a good break after 5 days in Beijing city. We hiked 2km up to Tower 4 of The Great Wall of China passing through a chestnut plantation which is one of the highlights of our China trip. Aurora from the front desk organised this hike. She is a good guide and great host.
The local food we chose for dinner could have been better but then we wanted to experience local foods and it was a lovely experience regardless.

Delicious and again delicious food and nice comfy hotel. It shows some signs of wear, but otherwise great.
Again hospitality is above and beyond
Location if you plan to visit great wall, no shop in the vicinity - the rest awesome
