Domek położony blisko szlaków, w zasadzie w lesie, na totalnym końcu świata a jednocześnie blisko sklepów.Na plus duże podwórko i dobrze zaopatrzona biblioteczka.

Jedyny mały mankament to tylko jeden nóż do krojenia.

Bardzo miły gospodarz, klimatycznie odrestaurowany stary budynek, stare lipy dające cień w upalny dzień, rozwieszony między nimi szeroki hamak, miejsce na ognisko wraz z biesiadnym stołem i ławami. Dużo przestrzeni. Taras ze stołem i krzesłami. 10 minut spacerem do jeziora, w którym można pływać, sosnowe lasy, blisko do szlaków turystycznych i skałek.
