Just a stone's throw from the North Sea and near the sparkling forest lakes and crooked tree trunks of Tversted Plantation lies this beautiful, black-painted cottage with fantastic light from all four corners of the world. The interior design of the cottage is simple and stylish with a sense of materials and soft shades of gray and natural colors, creating a particularly calm atmosphere that makes your heart rate slow down.
Wherever you are - whether it's in the large, open family room, the cozy living room under the sloping walls on the first floor or one of the charming and simply decorated bedrooms - your eyes are drawn to the light and the beautiful views of the wild, golden North Sea nature outside. When the weather is warm, you can open the doors to the cottage's large, south-facing terrace, which is the perfect place to gather with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. After a walk through the dunes and an evening dip in the waves, fire up the open fireplace on the terrace and roast marshmallows over the embers while telling tall tales and chatting late into the evening.
When darkness falls, you can take shelter indoors and snuggle up on the sofas by the large wicker window on the first floor of the cottage. Here, on clear nights, you can enjoy an unspoiled view of the starry Milky Way and the endless black night sky, and perhaps doze off to the glimmer of a shooting star over the sea.
