โข The state of Hawaiโi assesses an occupancy tax on vacation ownership villas that is payable at check-out. This tax will range between $10 and $27 per night, based on the size of the occupied villa.
โข Valet and On-site parking fees are $45 daily. (Subject to change without notice). Outdoor parking lot and attached parking garage with height clearance of 6 foot 10 inches.
