This is a bright, open-concept coastal home (one large main room + kitchen). You’ll find a comfortable queen bed with premium linens in the main living area, a spacious gray sectional sofa, and a large kitchen island with bar seating. Soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams create an airy, loft-like feel. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, sage-green cabinets, and wood countertops. Large windows and sliding doors fill the space with natural light and ocean views. Private deck and direct beach access just steps away.
Beach access: Follow the north fence line through our easement to the bluff, then take the short trail down to the beach.

No smoking or vaping inside the home or within 20 feet of the property
If there is evidence of smoking (including tobacco or marijuana) inside the home, a minimum $250 cleaning/deodorizing fee will be charged
