To help preserve the peaceful mountain atmosphere and ensure a great experience for both guests and neighbors, parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. 🌲

The home is equipped with a NoiseAware monitoring system that monitors indoor noise levels only — it does NOT record conversations or audio.

If unauthorized parties, excessive noise, or occupancy violations are detected or reported, the reservation may be canceled without refund and guests may be asked to vacate the property.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests unless otherwise approved prior to booking.

Please ensure the total number of overnight guests is included in your reservation request. Any additional guests must be approved by the host through the Airbnb messaging platform prior to arrival.
