A cozy little red cottage with white knots in a quiet cottage area. A small idyll nestled in lush bushes and with a view of the sea. The beach is a short bike ride or walk away. All the way along the beautiful stretch of coast there are nice bike paths to Falkenberg. To the south there is a beautiful nature reserve and more swimming areas. An excellent choice for the smaller family.\ The entrance leads you to the heart of the house, an open kitchen and living room. Here there is a dining area and a sofa bed and a sleeping alcove with a single bed. There are two bedrooms, each with a single bed. There is a toilet but the shower is separate with an entrance from the outside. With an exit from the living room there is a lovely glass-enclosed conservatory with a dining table. Next to the conservatory there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. On the plot there is also a guest cottage that has two alternative beds. You choose how you want to use the beds. The owner also provides two bicycles free of charge.\ You can reach the summer town of Falkenberg on nice cycle paths, by bus or with just a short drive. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The nice, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. In the southern part there is a beautiful nature reserve with walking paths in the rolling dunes. Feel free to visit the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. \ There are several golf courses nearby. The closest is Falkenberg's fine golf club. For those interested in fishing, there are opportunities both in Suseån, in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran and Suseån. At the outlet of the Suseån and the beach you can rent SUP.
