Our family of 5 chose this location for our 1st trip to Colorado. The house was amazing! Very accommodating. We really enjoyed the hot tub and private dock. The mountain view from the house was perfect. In the morning could see the hot air balloons take off and any time of day see a deer or 2 travel through the yard. The house is conveniently located near town with restaurants, shopping, Walmart and what ended up being important for us, 5 mins from hospital. Very happy with the house and 10/10 recommended.

Beautiful mountain views overlooking the lake made for a relaxing getaway for spring break. The home is spacious, and the hot tub on the back patio was a great way to relax after long days of snowboarding at Wolf Creek.Property management was very responsive and proactively communicated before arrival. Check-in was simple, and we were able to get in early (yay!). When the hot tub had issues on day 1, they had someone out the very next day to replace the filters and address our concerns ASAP. Would certainly stay here again!
