Nice view from condo. But note: There is no hot tub despite the listing. The one out back has not been in service for months or longer

We were so disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed. That was the number one reason we chose this property, and we were willing to pay more (compared to other similar properties) was to enjoy the hot tub. Especially, since it is listed as the main attraction. It only feels right that we receive a refund at some level to make up for the disappointment. I never write negative reviews but this one really was difficult since it was a family trip we were really looking forward to!
