Disappointed

1/10 – Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was very disappointing. During our stay, we experienced several power outages. As a result, the air conditioning, refrigerator and some other appliances were not working for extended periods of time. We had to spend hours in the apartment waiting for the issue to be resolved, which significantly affected the comfort of our stay. Unfortunately, the problem happened more than once, and on another occasion we were informed that there was an issue with the electrical box. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work properly, neither on our phones nor on the TV. After our stay, we contacted the property and submitted a complaint, requesting a partial refund due to the significant inconvenience and reduced standard of our stay. We were told that the property would make a final decision regarding our complaint. However, after that, they stopped responding to our messages. We sent a follow-up message as well, but received no response. What is especially disappointing is not only the technical problems during our stay, but also the lack of proper communication afterwards. We expected at least a response and some form of resolution to our complaint, but unfortunately we received neither. For the price of the accommodation, we expected basic facilities to work properly and, when problems occurred, effective communication and assistance from the host. Unfortunately, neither was provided to a satisfactory standard. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to other guests.
