Quiet lakefront house in Deerfield with a dock, fire pit, and a downstairs game room. Surfside Beach is a short drive, not a walk, and MYR is close. Two queens plus a twin, 2.5 baths, sofa bed, driveway parking. For guests who want a private house and lake views instead of an oceanfront condo hallway.
Turtle Bay is for guests who want the beach nearby, but do not want to spend the whole trip packed into a busy oceanfront condo. Here, you get a private home, driveway parking, peaceful lake views, outdoor space, and room to relax after a day at Surfside Beach or Myrtle Beach.
The home sits on a freshwater lake in the Deerfield area, about a short drive to Surfside Beach. Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, spend the day at the beach, then come back to unwind on the deck, screened porch, dock, or around the fire pit.
Inside, the house has an open kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, fast Wi-Fi, laundry, and a downstairs game room with a pool table. It works well for families, couples traveling together, golfers, remote workers, and guests who want a quieter base close to the beach, airport, restaurants, Market Common, Murrells Inlet, and Myrtle Beach attractions.

Hidden gem in the Surfside Beach area. Beautiful, clean home with the best updates and conveniences to feel spoiled during your stay away from home. Plenty of space to spread out or gather. I wish we had more time this visit to truly taken advantage of the outdoor spaces (deck, balcony, screened in porch, even a fire pit) all overlooking a large pond. Communication with owner was top notch and friendly. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, with stylish decor and very comfortable beds. We especially loved the enclosed back porch-perfect for relaxing and the lake view behind the house was a great bonus. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have a porch light for sitting outside in the evenings. It did get a bit warm on our last night, but overall, the home was lovely and we had a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful home. The views from the backyard are gorgeous. It’s spacious. It’s clean. It’s super nice inside & plenty of places to lounge outside. It’s quiet & exactly as listed. The beach is right up the road. Broadway isn’t far at all, plenty of shopping, eating & entertainment all around. It is pet friendly which was super helpful when booking with my friends dog. We celebrated her retirement. :) The ONLY issue we had at ALL was the air conditioning behind locked & set to 75 at the beginning of June. It gets super hot in SC from May-September. The temperature should be no higher than 70 inside. It’s entirely too hot & too big of a house with a ton of windows/doors for it to be set at 75. Steve DID fix that issue for us & turned it to what we asked & he also made up for it by extending the check out from 10-12am which we really appreciated. Over all, this house is perfect. Would 100% rent again & would recommend to others. Thank you, Steve. Lovely home.

We loved our stay! It was a nice surprise to see they had a pack n play and baby gate since we were traveling with a young child. The house was very clean and had supplied everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area!
