Basin Haven is a clean, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-story home in Odessa, TX, built in 2022 and professionally hosted by Basin Stays. It`s an ideal home base for travel nurses, work crews, contractors, corporate travelers, and families working in or visiting the Permian Basin.
The bright, open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a Samsung Smart TV for streaming, and a dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain. The primary suite offers a plush king bed, Smart TV, and electric fireplace, while two additional bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed, so the home sleeps up to six guests.
Stay connected with fast AT&T Fiber WiFi throughout, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer plus easy self check-in. • Visitors are allowed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM only. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoor smoking permitted only with doors and windows closed. Cleaning fees apply for violations.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Disturbances reported by neighbors or HOA may result in removal from the property.
• Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted at any time.
• The property may not be used as a residence address and guests may not receive government mail at the property.
• Guests agree to keep the property in reasonable condition and report issues promptly.
• Failure to vacate at checkout time may result in additional charges.
