- We have a "Minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. Three notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee, and we may ask your group to leave the property. These monitors are intended to help us detect parties, not to prevent a small group from having fun! And if you're bringing a baby or toddler and you're concerned about the noise monitor, don't be!
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee, along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- The booking platform automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

This property was just like the pictures, cute, comfortable, wasn't too big and wasn't too small, it was just right! Jay was great! He was quick to respond to any questions I had. Great location tucked off but was still close to food and shopping. Would definitely recommend this property and will be back!
