Stayed at this property for 3 nights. & wow the house was beautiful ! However it was extremely cold inside the house. Outside was nicer than inside the AC was way too cold , the thermostat was locked so not adjustment. Due to covid there was no blankets we had to go buy. The yard with the pool was dark in the night time barely any lights. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated. Pool also needs lights in it, way too dark in the night time. Fridge wasn’t working properly when we got there had to play around with the switch. However everything was great house was big . Beds were comfortable everything was clean. Minor issues in the couch like stain and rips but can be fixed and cleaned. Would recommend going back but maybe summer time so we can fully enjoy the pool and the yard. Very convenient location to lots of places and shopping areas

This is a nice house but in need of some major updates. First of all the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The host is great, the communication with her was very good every time i text her she reply right away answering my question! The back yard is huge and the pool is great my family enjoyed it and the little ones were so happy and enjoyed it even more! You have to be very careful and watch the kids because the pool has a side which is around 3.5-4ft im guessing and the other side is about 8ft deep but it is not marked where it deepens. I think they should mark it outside so people could be aware and know where it deepens. Now the thing that needs some major update is definitely the central air conditioner in the house! Downstair you can feel it nicely but upstairs in the rooms is hot as hell you cant feel the A.C. I had to sleep downstair with my two kids because they were sweating a lot and it was so uncomfortable. Also, the beds are too hard they need better mattresses. The one thing that they need is an official barbecue area and a real grill. They have a 14inch tabletop grill which barely fits 3 burgers and for a 12 guest capacity house this is unacceptable I didnt even use it. They need more lighting in the backyard at night. They should fix minor things in the house like windows blinds which almost all of them are missing some, broken doors, leaking in the downstair ceiling, better lighting in the rooms, etc. This house has such a great potential they just need to work on it to make it better!

I rented this place with some family, we were very excited as the house had a pool. The communication with the company was horrible. I had many days where I would sit and wait for a call and never receive anything back. Eventually I got in contact with the actual owner and she was so helpful. Answered all my questions quickly. The upstairs part of the house is a little warmer so keep that in mind. The temperature is supposed to be adjusted before clients get there by the cleaners but it was forgotten about, I contacted the owner and she apologized and we just had to make sure we kept the doors closed to outside to keep the air circulating. It is very easy to get into the house, however opening the door to access the pool/backyard were very difficult to open, I think that the doors and shades should be updated their were pieces that are a little broken so that was the only issue for us. And for safety purposes just because we had children the pool should have like stamps of how deep the pool is. It has a very deep side which was great for swimming we all enjoyed it. Overall I am already looking to rent again because of how great everything was.

Overall it was an Okay experience. The pool is what made it better. However, this house is outdated and expect to receive the bare minimum for the stay. Toiletries were not provided. I wish this was stated so we can act accordingly. There seemed to be an Ant problem inside of the home. We cleaned as much as possible but the ants kept coming. Make sure to keep all doors closed while outside because the house can get pretty warm and the AC while not work properly.
On the bright side the pool was very nice and it was spacious enough for my entire family without feeling crowded.
